Level : DGM - Functional Consultant Roles and Responsibilities : 1. SAP consulting experience including implementations, roll outs & expert advisory assignments in S/4HANA environment. 2. Candidate would be expected to independently work as an expert in the financials consulting domain. 3. Ability to lead a team of consultants and underwrite solution delivery without escalations 4. Candidate would be expected to independently handle functional workshops and manage scope and business expectations 5. Candidate would be expected to engage with Internal stakeholders and partner teams to scope solutions and govern the complete implementation 6. Managing and leading Solution integration across various process areas Role Requirement: 1. Professionally qualified Chartered Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance with 11-15 years of SAP consulting experience in Finance & Controlling besides a good understanding of business processes. 2. Must have deep understanding of basic FICO processes covered or related to AR, AP, GL, AA, IO, CCA, Integration, tax processes etc. 3. Hands on experience in any two or three of the following areas of Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM Credit Management, Collections/Disputes), Treasury, Cash Management (Cash Flows, Inhouse Cash), FICA and Advanced Product costing, Advanced Profitability, Financial Consolidation/Reporting, Central Finance and IFRS 15/16 know how would be an added advantage 4. Expertise in functional integration aspects with other SAP modules. 5. Must have experience in S/4HANA green field implementations or conversions 6. Should have 6 or more, end to end Process Implementation cycles experience. 7. Should have worked as Solution lead or Solution architect on at least 3-4 projects and handled a team. 8. Ability to work across teams and build long term customer relationships. 9. Experience in emerging areas like ML, iRPA and IOT would be a plus 10. Certification in the Core area, Professional Certification would be a plus Specific to SAP 1. Knowledge on how a company is set up in SAP ERP and chart of accounts. 2. Knowledge of how CoA in SAP can be used to deliver Cost centre accounting and product level accounting. 3. Knowledge of how data migration happens from on premise R12.1 to SAP. SAP FICO modules knowledge. 4. Knowledge on the various modules of SAP that do business KPI reporting, consolidation, IFRS reporting. 5. Complete knowledge at a field level of SAP Masters/Ledgers etc. 6. Must have done 2-3 implementations or migrations to SAP cloud set up in a complex environment. Qualifications : Post Graduate
