Airtel - DGM/Head - Postpaid & B2B/B2C Data (4-9 yrs)
We are looking out for Head Postpaid and B2B Data for Mumbai Location.
Job Purpose :
- Track acquisitions and monitor performance vis-a-vis AOP
- Ensure Circle Revenue from ME/SE Segment for Voice
- Launch monthly schemes and acquisition programs to increase acquisitions in the segment.
- Competition Mapping, Financial Monitoring, competition activities and developing responses to keep product competitive and at the same time increase revenues and reduce churn
Job Description :
- Competition mapping, analysis & proposing new products. Ensure smooth roll out of new products
- Monthly activities - NAC (to keep acquisition cost with in budgets), Schemes, targets to ensure acquisition numbers.
- Regular analysis of zone wise sales to take corrective actions on products, increase numbers of revenue enhancing products. Regularly liaison with the Business Managers to achieve business objectives.
- Training of all customer services & back end teams on existing as well as new products to ensure error free service delivery
