Purpose of the Job : As a TA Lead, you will be responsible for driving hiring for a group of businesses. You will partner closely with hiring managers and other internal stakeholders to drive hiring strategically and within the defined SLAs. You will identify and work on areas of strategic importance from a recruitment standpoint, and drive projects for the same. Key Deliverables : - Responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment across circles - Define, develop and drive strategy to meet recruiting demand which is aligned to organizational priorities, while ensuring systematic, ethical and consistent hiring policies and practices are followed - Primary focus on closing mandates &amp; building pipeline through various sources for current and future requirements - Partnering with the business (hiring managers &amp; skip levels) to set the expectations as per the pool availability in the market versus the requirement &amp; share market insights. - Driving internal mobility - Ensure a seamless candidate experience all through the hiring process - Driving various strategic projects/programs for organization-wide impact - Drive campus engagement along with campus team Skills Required : - Excellent interpersonal skills &amp; an ability to deal with senior stakeholders - Demonstrated ability to work in constraints as well as to challenge the status quo - Should be comfortable with ambiguity; should display a knack for problem-solving - Ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a complex set of stakeholders - Self-driven &amp; energetic Educational Qualifications : - MBA-HR FULL TIME Work Experience - 2-5 years - Any industry
