Purpose of Job:

1. Anchor the response creation process for RFIs/RFPs/RFQs. This involves strategizing the response, planning, and coordinating with different teams for Government and Enterprise Bids.

2. Understand the prospect's requirements and setup proposal response team ensuring involvement, as required, from other units and support groups, define the win themes.

3. Coordinate with sales team, legal team, solution team, subcontractors, partners and other supporting functions to get the required inputs for the proposal, while responding to RFP/RFI.

4. Ensure multiple reviews and timely completion and submission of the proposal response.

5. Bid Risk Analysis and Mitigation

6. Win Loss analysis for the bids

7. Maintaining the document repository and updating it regularly

What will you do - 

- Timely Deal qualification as per DOA guidelines / agreed timeframes and formats

- Evaluate & Analyze RFPs - feedback to Sales/ Business Team on eligibility, risks, SLAs, commercial terms, penalties, other challenges

- All relevant stakeholder from commercial, legal, business are informed and their feedback sought and mitigated

- Customer specific - 

- All proposal/ submission adhering to bid submission timelines and otherwise agreed customer agreed timelines.

- Customer presentation formats

- Ensure high win rate of the bids

- Track TEC evaluation process and updates till award of contract

- Closure of all internal /external agreements and documentation

- Bid Compliance rate of 100%. This means that 100% of the bids cannot get rejected for techno-commercial reasons

You are an ideal FIT if you have - 

Years of Exp- 4 to 8 years in bid management from SI/Telecom industry;

- Program manage high value proposal development including RFP Activities include kick off call, TOC, identification of best fit skills, assignment of responsibility matrix.

- Compile content contribution from all members Coordination across support functions

- Ability to see the proposal to completion and to be able to overcome roadblocks Good communication skills, a can do approach and a positive attitude are desirable.

- Facilitate proposal process and proposal reviews

- Prepare Bid Plan, Proposal Strategy and assist in making updates, clarifications and additions to the proposal

- Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation
