Purpose of the Job :
Ensure preparation & development of feasible and effective techno-commercial proposals & solutions, across verticals, for large, national level complex bids, using existing or new technologies, through co-ordination of team of TSG consultants at the corporate & regional level.
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities) :
- To attain the most admired brand status in the long term through customer delight, AES has been organized into a multi-dimension structure, available both at the corporate and regional level,
- Consisting of an enterprise Sales team (where in each potential business vertical is led by a Business head supported regionally by vertically aligned strategic, key and voice sales account managers), a Technology Services Group (to construct superior customized solutions),
- Delivery and care team (to ensure top class execution and implementation of solutions) and a Product development and management group.
- The TSG consulting team is involved in supporting the Sales team in understanding and meeting customer connectivity/solution requirements right from the presales stage to the project execution stage.
Major Challenges :
- To meet and exceed domain customer expectations through cost effective, feasible and innovative solution provisioning through integration of various voice and data transmission technologies
- Delivering timely and effective solutions despite increase in the number of pre-sales/ sales activities without concurrent increase in infrastructure & project implementation support.
Demostrate (Key competencies) :
i.Must Have Pre sales support experience
ii.Bid Management experience, Commercial Project Planning experience
iii.Telecom Domain Expertise e.g. MPLS, BGP, OSPF, VPN, Cloud Services, IOT etc.
Educational Level :
B.Tech / BE (preferably Telecommunication)
Full time MBA or equivalent management degree
Working Experience :
Assistant Manager: 5 - 6 years of experience in the Pre Sales Support preferably from telco/system integrator/IT industry
Manager: 7+ years of experience in the Pre Sales Support preferably from telco/system integrator/IT industry
