Airtel - Advertisement Sales Role - DTH Vertical (3-8 yrs)

Purpose of Job:

Airtel DTH is one of the key players in the DTH industry today and has a consumer base of 16 Million households which view Live TV content on its platform . One of the key revenue heads is selling various Ad inventory that it carries to three distinct kinds of clients

1) Brand Advertisers like Maruti, L'Oreal, HDFC Life from various industries

2) Channels / Broadcasters Like Star TV, Zee TV

3) Teleshopping Networks Like Naaptol and achieving the Business KPI's for the year through managing media agencies that sell our inventory to the above clientage.

Deliverables :

- Building an annual approach to ad sales which is broken down by geography / client industry type.

- Reviewing and managing media agencies and their team that sell Airtel inventory basis the above aligned approach.

- Helping media agencies by calling upon key clients / media agencies to present Airtel DigitalTv Credentials and also sell interesting concepts / campaigns to them.

- Facilitating branded content concepts & ideas for the clients so that the same can be pitched.

- Work with technical team to develop innovative advertising properties so that they can generate additional revenue as a stable additional stream of revenue.

- Work on developing pricing for the various ad inventory keeping in mind market dynamics.

- Negotiating and closing long terms deals with clients / media Agencies.

- Accountable & responsible for managing Inventory adherence, and quality control.

- Constant Monitoring of Ad Fill rates and how to ensure we have very few inventory that goes unsold.

- Guide and Coach MIS executive reporting to the role and also various media agencies employees who indirectly work for us to deliver results.
