Job Description: We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales quotas of our company. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience managing the operations, while taking accountability for reaching targets.Our ideal candidates combine excellent communication skills with a strategic mind-set. Roles &amp; Responsibilities: - Create a distinct sales process in adding distributors and retailers for the business - Establish clear sales objectives for the week, month, year, etc. - Develop a network of indirect sales teams for generating leads and business. - Initiate and innovate marketing strategies to increase sales and reduce costs. - Hold and direct sales meetings Train new distributors and retailers for business - Managing yourself in defining the sales goal and moving towards it - Hold frequent visits and enquiring about the process with distributors and retailers - Establish new relationship, nurture existing relationship, train &amp; pitch the company - Coordination with the Operations to get the back end process smooth Requirements: - Minimum 2 to 5 years, exposure to Fintech product - A good know-how of technology adaption in businesses. - Preferred Industry experience - Fintech/ Telecom/Agency network/ NBFC with agency module operation - Detail knowledge of the area of sales you operate and ability to perform non stop and happiness to travel across borders of your sales area
