About the role:


We are looking for an experienced Product Marketer who has a customer-centric mindset, is well-versed in customer landscape, ICPs, and content creation. This is an exciting role since we are building a customer-centric pod from scratch. The right candidate will get to work closely on strategy, and get hands on, on how the pod is being built.


Responsibilities:


- This role will work for the Customer Excellence pod, that will comprise Customer Advocacy, and Voice of Customer.


- Manage customer advocacy which includes building relationships with customers and getting the best stories out of them. Create and curate case studies, testimonials.


- Manage voice of customers which focuses on customer feedback, actioning upon them, and looping it back to customers.


- Manage and boost reviews in review sites, app and play stores.


- Create and own a customer referenceable repository.


- Plan and execute customer referral programs.


- Collaborate with the core PMM team, product team, and the GTM teams for day-to-day execution of work.


Requirements:


- 2 to 3 years of experience as a product marketer, preferably in a B2B Tech/SaaS org.


- Exceptionally detailed appraoch with the projects in hand.


- Ability to manage multiple projects and juggle priorities.


- Ability to analyze and present findings, outcomes, and impact.


- Previous customer facing experience is a plus.


Skillsets:


- A customer-centric attitude.


- Comfortable striking conversations with ease, and building good relationships with customers and internal team. Ability to develop, organize, and maintain process documentation.


- Clear, effective communicatorverbally and in writing.


- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
