Air India - Senior Manager - Aircraft Acquisition & Financing

- Lead the Engine team within the Aircraft Acquisition and Financing department, ensuring efficient and effective management of engine-related activities.

- Oversee the acquisition, financing, and maintenance of aircraft engines to support operational requirements.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in engine-related operations.

- Provide leadership and guidance to the Engine team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.

- Oversee management of contracts between the airline and the OEM. This includes negotiating terms, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, and resolving any disputes that may arise

- Closely coordinate with internal teams responsible for drafting and execution of all OEM & Major contracts
