Air India - Scrum Master/Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. You are responsible to Coach & Support scrum teams on implementing Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality work

2. You will ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

3. You will ensure the adherence to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines by the teams.

SKILLS:

MUST HAVE:

1. Ability to create & maintain project documentation like Project Charter, Success Criteria, Requirements/Scope documentation, Project Plan, Lessons Learned, Risk Register, Change Log, Communication Plan etc.

2. Expertise in one or more cloud platforms like AWS / Azure / GCP with CICD practices & building the release pipelines.

GOOD TO HAVE:

1. Airline/Aviation Industry experience and domain experience in over-the-top media services/retail/e-commerce.

2. Full stack technology experience

3. Scrum master certification , PMP certified; ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certifications
