Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies, with a focus on lead generation and web analytics.

- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize performance and achieve marketing objectives.

- Analyze campaign data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

- Monitor ongoing campaigns and make real-time adjustments to optimize performance and ROI.

- Develop and implement tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

- Generate regular reports to track campaign progress, performance metrics, and key insights.

- Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.

- Take ownership of the lead funnel, from lead generation to conversion, and implement strategies to maximize lead quality and quantity.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.

- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and web analytics.

- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.

- Google AdWords Certification is required.

- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions and optimize campaign performance.

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts and insights to stakeholders.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

- Master's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
