The incumbent candidate is expected to:
- Drive the Sales initiatives of the Company with Large Financial Institutions and Corporates.
- Manage the Accounts and scale up the Sales team.
- Work with the Management on Growth map of the Company
- Work with the technology team to guide on enhancements according to internal and clients requirements
- Scale up and Develop Potential Partners and Operations team and mentor them to achieve the Organisational Goals
- Hand hold and lead the Technology partners to deliver the Technology in line with the Objectives of the Company
The Candidate must have:
- A minimum experience of 5 - 8 Years with at least 3 years in an B2B Consultative Sales experience.
- The Candidate must have experience of Home loan markets in India and must have services to Banks.
- Experience in B2B Technology environment is preferred but not necessary.
- The Candidate must have experience of the Banking Industry and Credit Process of Banks and NBFC's.
- The Candidate must be an Engineer and an MBA from a premier Institute.
