Location: Gurgaon
Reports to : CEO, US Operations
Shift : 2pm-11pm
Salary : As per Market Standards

JOB SUMMARY
The general manager will direct all activities of company's support departments: HR, Admin, Recruitment, Accounts, IT and will also responsible for development of these support verticals by performing multi tasks.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Daily responsibilities
1. To manage direct reporting of support staff
2. To ensure facility management
3. Direct management of all support staff to ensure that they are working efficiently to serve each revenue producing vertical in AIG.
4. To ensuring compliance with state and national laws for Accounts and HR department.
5. To ensure all IT functions are running smoothly
6. To ensure timely closures of recruitment department
7. Timely processing of Payroll, taxes, Reimbursements and vendor payments.
8. To ensure that the office is running as per the values of AIG
9. To escalate any unresolved issues to the board of directors
Weekly responsibilities
1. To develop and update dashboards for each department.
2. To update the management team on the status of all ongoing projects.
3. To conduct the training and development programs for all direct reportees.
4. To evaluate the areas of improvement by developing strong policies and procedures for each department.
5. To conduct different trainings for the employees to optimize the best use of technologies.
6. Being the brand ambassador, to present the company face in a very attractive way to new potential hires.
7. Responsible for ensuring that all marketing materials are regularly updated by the market agency.
8. Minimize the attrition rate of the company as much as possible.
Monthly responsibilities
1. Monthly financial planning, budgeting, developing agenda and coordination in management meetings with the departmental heads.
2. Assisting the management in evaluation of all vertical heads and their team members performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters / Bachelor's degree or equivalent with Min. 10 years of experience in US Healthcare
