What's the goal of our Customer Success team at AiDash ?

Customer Success is ultimately responsible for ensuring that customers achieve the desired business outcomes from AiDash and that they continue their relationship with us. We achieve this by:

Onboarding and training customers on AiDash products/ platform from pilot projects to scale deployments.

Implementing products in a time efficient and cost-effective manner, and ensure they are seamlessly working with customers' workflows.

Identify new cross-sell/up-sell opportunities where AiDash can solve additional problems for its customers.

Job Overview:

AiDash is looking for Technical Project Manager who would manage, lifecycle of product deployment starting from understanding client needs, doing POCs, developing product deployment plans, spearheading execution, testing, resource planning and management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand technical requirements, create scope and deploy new installations for AiDash products from POC to scaled versions.

- Acting as the glue between engineering, product, sales, and customer success - including shepherding technical projects, gathering requirements, and developing and tracking project milestones.

- Managing communication of project status across various internal and external stakeholders.

- Working cross-functionally with client tech teams and internal teams, identifying opportunities for efficiency and bringing those ideas to life.

- Monitoring the health of installations with clients, proactively working to remediate problems that will impact operations/ system performance.

Requirements:

- 7+ years experience in project management/delivery technology solutions in an enterprise environment.

- Proven track record in Agile practices.

- Experienced in managing the complete lifecycle of a technology project.

- Hands-on technologist, experienced in frontend and backend technologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Experienced in stakeholder management involving leadership teams of large enterprises.

- Engineering degree from Tier I or II engineering colleges.

- Any experience with Data Platforms / Saas Products / AI products is preferred.
