AiDash - Talent Acquisition Specialist (4-6 yrs)

AiDash, aims to be a global leader in demisting artificial intelligence in traditional industrial sectors.

We help Fortune 500 companies, and governments utilize satellite data for remote monitoring and inspection of geographically distributed assets. These assets can be power grids in forests, railway lines in deserts or construction in or remote terrains.

We source high-resolution spatial data from satellites, drones, lidar and various other sources which is fed into our proprietary AI models, generating insights. Recommendations for preventive and predictive maintenance generated by our models, have helped clients save millions of dollars.

Our team of researchers, engineers, data scientists, business consultants, and product managers constantly thrive to build AI models and products, which makes the job of business executives and operating teams easier.

To fuel, our capability and growth plans , we have raised $6 million in a Series A funding round led by Benhamou Global Ventures (BGV) and National Grid Partners (NGP).

Key Responsibilities :

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist, who can work closely with functional leaders and HR teams, to source engineering and data science talent for our teams in India. Key responsibilities are as follows :

- Candidate would be responsible to manage the full cycle of tech-recruitment - Source, screen, facilitate interview and closure.

- Act as point of contact for external vendors and partners for sourcing talent.

- Independently source and scene candidates from various sources like linkedin, Instahyre etc.

- Manage the hiring process and provide a high-touch experience for the candidate from the application to offer.

- Provide day-to-day / weekly reporting on KPIs setup for the recruitment function.

- Manage application tracking system

- Assist management, on insights in the talent market - salaries, talent pools, and other areas as needed.

- Assist with employer branding initiatives like hackathons etc.

Preferred Experience and Background :

- 4-6 years experience in independently managing tech-hiring in a growth stage startup environment.

- Good understanding of technology, analytics and data science eco-system

- Prior experience of technical hiring as in-house recruiter with a product company.

- Experience with a SaaS / AI startup would be a preference.

- Ability to do fitment interviews on areas like problem solving, structured thinking, cultural fitment.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with cross functional teams at all levels - engineering, data science, product and design

- Bachelor's degree in science / engineering

- Masters Degrees in Business / Human Resources / Psychology / related fields
