Your typical day with us at Aibono:
DO EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING TO GET THE RIGHT CANDIDATE AT THE RIGHT TIME
- Proactively identify and address hiring needs within timelines committed
- Design and execute recruiting strategies to attract, evaluate and hire qualified candidates
- Evaluate and refine sourcing and selection procedures
- Oversee and improve overall candidate experience as well as employee experience
- Lead HR projects with CEO's office - performance management, culture & talent branding
- Participate in our company's strategic planning regarding employee development and engagement
QUALIFICATION, EXPERIENCE :
- 3-6 years experience in Talent Acquisition for mid to senior grades
- Bsc. in Human Resource field or relevant degree
- Experience in the continual development of talent pipelines and sourcing potential candidates
- Firm understanding and implementation of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with HR tools and softwares
DESIRED SKILLS :
- Hands on experience in full cycle recruitment across all grades
- Negotiation & Persuasion Skills for candidate hiring
- Agile with ability to multi task
- High Ownership to meet targets and commitments
- Keen understanding of different roles & competency requirements between various roles
