AI Product Manager - Retail

Summary :

We are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our product. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EnterprIse SaaS market, as well as experience in product management, software development, and customer success.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute the product roadmap for our workforce scheduling product

- Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing to bring new features and functionality to market

- Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive product improvements

- Work with sales and customer success to ensure that our product meets the needs of our customers

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in workforce scheduling and develop innovative solutions to meet the needs of our customers. Conduct competitor and new technology research

- Create product roadmap documentations and wireframes

- Ensure timely delivery of features and resource planning

Qualifications :

- 2-3 years of experience in product management

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

- Strong understanding of the workforce scheduling market

- Experience in product management, software development, and customer success

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Passion for developing innovative products that solve real-world problems
