- Escalation Management and Report Presentation
- Managing billing data base, Validating Invoices and AMC Data.
- New project initiative, feed testing and ATM application testing (EJ and TSS)
- Daily/ Weekly / Monthly report analyzing and Action initiatives. (Chronic ATM analyzing and transaction improvement.
- Takeover/ Handover and FLM vendor management migration/ Replacement.
- PM schedule and chronic ATMs problem identification and rectification
- Uptime and TAT management
- Network and SLM call troubleshooting.
- Team training and customer presentation
