Agrowave - Vice President - Operations (5-20 yrs)
- Building a supply driven farm-to-market mobility supply chain through MPS(s)
- We are looking for a super cool Vice-President for operations and expansion. Someone who has experience in agri-tech, have problem solving mindset, who brings out the best of himself/herself and is a great source of energy for the team.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Managing the daily operations and GMV generation of the company and ensuring its continual growth.
- Setting up monthly goals and tracking weekly progress of each metrics.
- Assisting in maximizing the company's operating performance and achieving its financial goals.
- Assisting in managing the company's finances, identifying ways to increase revenue and decrease costs, analyzing financial reports, and preparing operating budgets
- Building operations team, setting up processes, improving overall efficiency .
- Business Expansion, adding more revenue streams to improve overall margins .
- Being true partner to the founder in building the sustainable business
Skills required :
- Have deep understanding of agri- tech ( added advantage if experienced in fresh produce supply chain )
