The primary role of the position involves overseeing & managing day to day operations in Finance & accounts. Key Deliverables: - Monthly management accounts preparation with commentary, analysis and presentation to the management team. - Statutory and tax reporting. - Budgeting, forecasting and long range planning. - Supporting senior management on future commercial initiatives including fund raising. - Business collaborating with different teams. - Continually improving internal processes and controls. - Develop and manage team, including mentoring and coaching - Getting hands on transactional areas - AP/AR/Credit control. Academics & Experience: Qualified CA with 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; combination of Big 4 (minimum 2 years) /start-up /manufacturing MNC experience.
