About the role :

- We at Agrostar are looking to add a Product Designer (UI/UX Designer) to our growing team of designers. As a product designer, you will get to contribute throughout the design process and will get exposed to all stages of product design.

- The unique positioning of Agrostar in terms of its end users, will allow designers to work on problem statements that ensure learning which leads to compounded growth. You will own complete products or features and will design solutions keeping the broader product strategy in mind as a north star. You will work in close collaboration with PMs, Developers, QA Testers and other designers to achieve common product goals.

- You read blogs, books, listen to podcasts or keep learning through other means to keep yourself up to date to industry standards

- You like sharing your learnings with your team

- You love asking questions to understand deeply

- You are a team player and don't compromise with your role in it

Key Qualifications ;

- At Least 2-5 years of experience in user interface and experience design field.

- Proficient in industry standard tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma etc.

- A Bachelor's degree in a design field is a plus (Self taught competent designers will not have any disadvantage).

- You have a strong portfolio to show your past work.

- You have experience in collaborating with diverse teams in fast paced environment of a consumer or enterprise product company.

- You have an eye for aesthetics: Layout, grid systems, colour theory, typography, information design and visual hierarchy.
