Funded by prominent investors like Chiratae Venture Partners, Aavishkaar Ventures, Accel Partners, Schroders Capital, Evolvence Group, Hero Enterprise, and CDC we are rapidly growing our agri-input platform and making strategic investments to solve other large farmer problems like market linkages and access to credit.

The Role:

As a Manager Business Finance, you will be responsible for:

- Work with the business planning team in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation and driving the P&L

- Work out the available resources to achieve plans and allocate the same as per business units' asks.

- Do continuous monitoring and reporting on business achievements and balance resource availability.

- Work as BizFin SPOC for all central functions including accounts receivables and drive operational efficiency and cost optimization.

- Lead all centralized BizFin projects (eg - pricing frameworks etc)

Qualifications we look for:

- Candidates with a minimum 2-5 years post Btech + MBA in B2B, D2C startups preferred.

- Excellent in Microsoft Excel and handling multiple data simultaneously. SQL Knowledge will be an advantage.

- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

- Excellent networking & relationship management skills.

- Business & financial acumen, ability to strategize.
