AgroStar is looking for a Content Manager for its social commerce focused farmer app. critical and analytical mindset. You should be able to create, develop, and own projects, and generate valuable insights, interfacing across the team to drive user engagement and efficiency across the platform What you'll do: 1. Manage a team of Agri experts responsible for the day to day content generation, creation and execution in the vernacular languages 2. Strong user driven mindset to understand their behavior and content needs through data, Competition analysis & leveraging of internal/external content trends 3. Develop data-driven approaches to identify problems/trends and find conclusions leading to optimized solutions/opportunities 4. Managing and leading overall influencer programs across platforms and working with the Digital marketing team to best optimize the impact! 5. Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with content strategists, designers, copywriters, researchers, and product marketers 6. Collaborate, consult, and effectively communicates findings, insights, and recommendations to business leaders 7. Ability to maintain a high-performance and growth mindset for the team 8. Execute video production by collaborating with different teams. Connect with other video destinations to license / syndicate content 9. He/She will play a collaborative role by partnering up with the product team to ensure content uploading and management is seamless and best managed with help of product and technology
