Category Manager - Agro-Tools Series A Funded Agritech - Category Manager Our journey - Agrim in a fast-growing agri-tech startup building an on-demand B2B Agri-inputs marketplace. Agri-inputs is a $50bn industry spread across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed. AGRIM has scaled up rapidly across India, with 10% of the overall customer universe already on-boarded on the platform. Having closed our Series A round of funding led by Kalaari Capita, and Axis Bank, we are very well capitalized. Our Founders are IIT/IIM graduates and ex-entrepreneurs (with successful exits) and we have also built one of the best start-up teams, with senior executives from Tier-1 education institutes, e-commerce companies such as Amazon, Hopscotch, Policy Bazaar, etc. and experienced industry professionals from the agriculture sector Role : Overall : - Category Growth and P&L ownership (120cr+ annually) - Understanding of the industry, category, brands, competition, trends/events, competition, vendors, trade (wholesalers and traders) and growth levers - Define, refine and track metrices for category health assessment via data analysis - Drive quick experiments: setting targets, measuring, evaluating, repeating, or discarding and scaling - Set up industry best practices and SOPs Supply : - Leading assortment strategy, pricing strategy and category promotions - Cross-team coordination for category/brand and product launches Demand & Digital Marketing : - Drive traffic through performance marketing, merchandising and promotions - Ownership of customer funnel and life cycle for your category, including continuous feedback from the consumers through online and offline mechanisms Product : - Providing continuous feedback on improvements in UI and UX of the app - Leverage product capabilities and actively drive innovation in product requirements.
