What kind of professional exposure/technical skills should you have?

- Create channel footprints across zones and is well conversant with online and offline sales planning and execution

- Equal accountability for strategy, sales execution, and management of channel sales team

- Manages administration of channel program including new program development, opportunity registration, channel conflict, and KPI compliance.

- Fosters and maintains a positive, growing relationship and mind share with channel partners and their sales organizations.

- Develops and implements channel expansion strategy

- Develops, builds and reports on pipeline of new business opportunities using specified methods, including cold calling, staying in touch with existing customers, prospects and channel reps.

- Provide results and recommendations against new approaches, customers, Technologies ,sites for cutting edge programmes

- Work with development and product teams to ensure user experience is as frictionless as possible, and make recommendations to improve conversion rates at each step of the user flow.

- Studying the market to provide focused and well-researched forecasts to senior management that will support the company's business planning and Create a funnel of potential customers

- Engage at distribution and partner executive and practice leader levels to create and execute joint business plans that increase deal registrations

- Aggressive mind-set to acquire and onboard new accounts

- Communication and presentation skills to pitch the value proposition depending on the category of accounts

- Negotiation skills to close at a higher platform fee per connection and extract higher billing value.

What key traits / professional skills should you have?

- 5+ years of customer acquisition in a B2B / direct response environment

- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills

- Familiar with marketing automation tools e.g Salesforce, Bigin

- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, high-energy environment that requires the ability to multi-task and implement high priority initiatives

- Exceptional written and verbal communication, planning, and project management skills with individuals at both peer and management levels

- Excellent presentation & communication (language no bar) skills is a must.

What kind of educational background should you have?

- A bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Math or a related analytical field
