AGM - Volume/Bilk Hiring - BPO/IT/KPO

- Devise the innovative sourcing strategy for Volume/Bulking hiring for PAN India level to meet the requirements

- Driving strategic Recruitment projects across locations

- Driving and closing bulk-hiring primarily for Operations, Voice and IT ranging from 250-400/month across locations

- Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting to support the growth trajectory of the firm

- Managing a team of highly skilled recruiters and report into Head of Talent Acquisition
