AGM- Talent Acquisition (Entry Level hiring) - They have a high number of entry level positions especially in customer facing roles (mostly sales) as well as entry level positions in branch banking (Teller, PB, Sales) for which They are exploring various hiring models - campuses, training institutes etc.
- This person will drive the fresher/ entry hiring programme through collaboration with academia, placement teams, training institutes, alumni etc to build a sustainable model for entry-level positions pan-India.
- Will be responsible for entire Campus recruitment function, Branding and Marketing. Calendaring campus drives, shortlisting of campus, execution of drives coupled with employer branding and pre/post drive engagement on campus, Resource allocation
- Planning and implementing manpower estimates to ensure business continuity and eliminate risks associated with the same . Redefine the policies pertaining to Fresher's recruitment
- Preparing MIS reports, Feedback reports, Attrition analysis, vendor analysis, vendor management etc in order to Track, maintain and analyze recruitment data.
- Build and execute learning programs, Multi geography experience
- Streamline Internship programs, fast track programs, Performance management etc..
