1. Background of the client : Its one of the leading conglomerate client spread across in various verticals.
2. Position : AGM - L&D / OD Specialist
3. Location : Hyderabad
4. Job Role :
- Focus on Succession planning, leadership & team development, employee engagement by using appropriate Talent Management & Organisation Development tools, to drive performance excellence and thus lead to overall Organizational Development.
- Designing and implementing Talent Management programs (potential assessment, HIPO identification, Succession planning, career growth planning and Leadership development) through assessment tools.
- Establishing and maintaining metrics for talent programs to measure results and build accountability.,
- Creating budget for L&D investments and drive effective ROI and also design Policies related to L&D,
- Formulating annualized training calendar comprising a mix of functional and behavioral program.
- Conceptualizing and developing need-based training modules for developing multi skilled work force for cross utilization within sub processes for optimum efficiency.
- Identifying and negotiating partnerships with external L&D consultants/organizations, Working towards enhancing overall skills of employees through job rotation, OJT & classroom training, Design annual blue print for engagement activities as per the engagement survey analysis.
- Driving the implementation engagement calendar throughout the organization in coordination with Various HR Business partners.
- Designing various monetary and non-monetary rewards for motivating the employee, Creating effective communication plan for communication platforms such as Town Hall / Open House / Skip Level Meetings..etc.
- To ensure that engagement calendar is aligned to the Organisation strategy. Develop policies & procedures / SOPs in line with the business requirement, Develop a sustainable Organisation Development Plan.
