Department: Conferences & Events Reports To: Business Leader, Operations Location: Gurgaon Preference: Non-profit Organisations like NASSCOM, CII, etc. SUMMARY This role requires the candidate to work closely with the Senior Management Team on SHRM India Conferences and Events. The role requires extensive research, meticulous planning and execution for the Conferences & Events. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: - Responsible for developing & Executing SHRM Events - Identity prospect sponsors for the events, onsite Brand communication, collaterals, and Content Creation. - Annual Calendar management of all the Conferences/ Events of SHRM India and outside India and update the same from time to time. - Execution of Conference, Events, Webinars, Roundtables PAN India and outside India - Maintain database for all the programmes. - Preparing budgets and maintaining the costs within the prescribed limits. - Keeping a track and ensuring every member delivers on time to achieve the set goals and regularly checking with them on any problems they encounter. - Maintain events checklist / timelines/ deliverables/ requirements, follow-up with partners etc to ensure smooth function of all the programmes - Coordinate and ensure collections of all the invoices, billing and documentation work required for the event. - Coordination with event agency, checking cost escalations. - On ground supervision of the event to ensure smooth execution of the program. - Ensuring the post event report with attendee data is sent to clients and thankyou mailers are sent out to all delegates - Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
