We are looking at candidates from real estate background and good educational pedigree for role into Contract Drafting and Litigations : 1. Supporting other functions including Sales & CRM in Contract drafting 2. Litigation Management including Preparation of Legal MIS, Dealing with Advocates, Law Firms, Visiting to High Courts, Supreme Court and arbitration, Tribunals Monitoring and related advisory, briefing Advocates as well as Management on the litigations 4. Preparing and finalizing various Case Papers including Plaint, Written Statement, Writ Petition, Appeals and Affidavits & Arbitral Claim. 5. Interaction with other teams and arranging data therefrom which is required for legal team. 6. Drafting of legal notices and replies 7. Legal Risk Management. 8. Reasonably fair knowledge of Real Estate Laws, Contracts Act, Transfer of Property Act, Civil Procedure Code, Criminal Procedure Code, Court Procedure. 9. Understanding of Land Acquisition Process and recovery of advances; 10. General litigation advisory;
