- Focused approach for Spare Sales and AMC

- Manage Cost at all areas - Materials and Distribution

- Effective inventory control by deploying innovative methods

- Structured review of each function to have desired results.

- Timely forecasting of materials and scheduled review with sourcing team to ensure no stock out situation

- Monitoring & supervision of proper installation and maintenance of the products

- Failure analysis of repeated & major failures & make necessary corrective action to avoid it.

- Implementation of reliability improvement plan.

- Resolved escalations / different types of field issues

- Ensure calibration of instruments before due dates
