Roles
Responsible for prospecting, engaging, negotiating and documenting all deals, and post-deal monitoring, tracking, collecting payments as per schedules
Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and connect with the potential list of Corporate Tenants and pitch them about the brand, advantages, options, availability, gauge interest and coordinate visits
- Screen and share the potential client details with VP-leasing for evaluation and approval;
- Identify the local brokers/IPCS across the micro-location, establish a relationship with them and obtain detailed information about the micro-location from them and prepare a list of potential clients through available market data
- Make an effective sales pitch to clients and undertake discussions/negotiations with them and manage to finalize the deal
- Prepare various reports wrt status on deals, number of inspections conducted, enquiry tracker and submit the same to the reporting manager
- Post- approval work out the commercial estimates and drive negotiations.
- Responsible for recording and documentation from the LOI stage to the final stage of the deal
- Ensuring finalisation of agreements with the Legal team, franking, registration and distribution of the original and copies as per SOP.
- Manage effective documentation and filing of all deals
- Tracking of payments due from the clients at various stages of the deal, during fit-outs and post deals of leases. Maintaining tracker and highlighting delays to Manager
Desired Candidate Profile
- Degree with 9-13+ years of experience in Commercial Real estate industry
- Should have an experience in leasing administration process
- Should possess good negotiation skills and the knowledge of commercial leasing
