- MBA or Post Graduation in Marketing with 10+ yrs of relevant work experience in the real estate business.
- Comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of Residential Sales including market dynamics.
- Devise and implement creative sales strategies (including pricing, extent of promotion, positioning of property in appropriate market segments, etc)
- Competent with Sales / Broker Network / IPCs / Cash flows & Accounting / Presentation skills / Computer skills.
- Market knowledge preferable with Developer / Brokers & Channel Partners
- To analyze the health of the business and present recommendations to senior management for strategic decision making and investment.
- To identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and lead efforts to scale, align and invest in business.
- To access cost, competition, supply and demand to identify selling prices.
- To estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products
- To evaluate revenue and P&L sensitivities for changes in forecast assumptions
- To manage the entire spectrum of Sales for Property portfolio of the company.
