AGM - Sales - Revenue Growth - Diversity Profiles
- Partners with Sales teams to identify price and promotion opportunities while driving a step change in revenue management capabilities through guiding local deployment of new tools, systems and processes.
- A successful candidate will be an enabler to the sales team and broader organization in achieving overall performance ambitions.
Key Responsibilities :
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead and set prioritization for the revenue management analyst team
- Facilitate Revenue Management mindset with cross-functional teams and influence Strategy & Finance Planning teams
- Drive the conversion of consumer insights and strategy into price and promotion guidelines to the commercial organization
- Point person for the commercial teams and senior leadership on revenue management and price execution topics
- Create frameworks for RGM and zonal/regional teams to identify price optimization opportunities and improve promotional effectiveness across the portfolio. Provide guidance and expertise on the development of pricing and promotion actions
- Identify opportunities for simplicity and efficiency in day-to-day pricing discussions as well as annual planning conversations
- Lead ad hoc revenue management related projects with zonal/regional and central teams
- Champion the market socialization and embedding of central Revenue Management capabilities and tools across sales and finance teams. Evolve, create and embed local market revenue management tools and capabilities
- Guide the development of revenue management annual planning materials and partner with zonal/regional teams in the integration of Revenue Management principals into the annual planning process
