Job description

A Leading Pharma Company based in Mumbai is searching for a dynamic & self-motivated AGM - Sales & Marketing.

Candidate to be based at Mumbai Corporate office for heading the marketing & sales operations of the company which includes PMT & Sales Managers for generating ambitious sales growth of Company's brands in oncology therapy segment. Candidate is expected to work with ownership for shaping the future plans of the company whilst maintaining a healthy & systematic work culture.

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieving the primary & secondary sales objective of the Company.

- Identify & execute new products/segment launches for driving company's growth.

- Formulating & effectively implementing the marketing plans for growth.

- Identify prospective avenues for expansion in new markets.

- Support in learning and development of the managers & preparing them for higher responsibilities.

- Mentor employees to help in achieve individual & team objectives.

- Monitoring & ensuring achievement of Company's work norms.

- Developing KOL Dr's in coordination with sales team.

- Implementation & business monitoring of CRM engagement plans.

- Controlling attrition for building a strong & motivated sales team. Developing a culture of sales achievement, recognition & discipline.

Compulsory Requirements:

- Atleast 3+ years' experience at similar post with reputed ethical Pharmaceutical Company with proven track record.

Other Requirements/Qualifications

- Age: 46-50 years.

- Exposure of having worked in business involving both Rx & OTC retail driven products would be an added advantage.

- Excellent communication with strong interpersonal & motivational skills to ensure high achievement & team building culture.

- Strong analytical skills & commercial acumen for improving Company's bottom line.

- Preference will be given to candidates with Management degree with science background.
