Proactively identifying opportunities for sales process improvement, providing data-driven recommendations to maximize sales efficiency and profitability. - Automation & continued innovation across Sales channels. - Process Re- engineering to Increase Productivity, Process Improvement/ Manual Process Automation - Process re-engineering to put in place productivity measures for sales promoters - Ideation for IT/ Tool developments, analyze & gather IT requirements from all channels, draft business requirement documents, detailing requirements for development, testing, final implementation & user training - IT system readiness for Industry- wide compliance changes - Resource optimization by introducing automation or re- imagining operating procedures - Handle user concerns by helping teams resolving issues with IT/ tools - Responsible for the entire cycle from identification to implementation to adoption. Lead the entire IT transformation for sales. - 8-10 years of experience in Sales/General Trade channel and at least 4-7 years relevant experience into Sales automation/ as a dedicated Sales IT resource. - MBA in Sales & Marketing, preferably from premium B School
