AGM - Sales - eCommerce - Construction & Industrial Products & Materials (10-15 yrs)

Currently we have a role for the position of AGM Sales
Job Role:
- Works on sales planning, account management, people planning
- Develops repeat business and engages with customers for higher wallet share
- Works with Product and Engineering team to deliver online adoption for customers/Suppliers
- Monitor market Intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc.
- Develops Business Planning and formulates strategy for next level growth phase for the construction vertical
- Own the inbound and outbound sales process in the region: Lead qualification, prospecting, pipeline building and opportunity identification
- Work closely with the sales and revenue operations to constantly analyse results and identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and programs
- Measurably increase the company's brand presence in new cities, and ensure that all sales market in activities and develops a strong brand
- Defining and delivering Monthly, Quarterly, Annual - Revenue, Margin, Markdown targets.
