AGM - Quality - Solar (10-15 yrs)
- Evaluate the solar products include PV, Batteries, Inverters, Chargers.
- Coordination with external agencies for approval
- Market feedback on the product and continuous improvement
- Audit of sites and training
- Responsible for the product performance in the market.

Technical Skills :
- Product evaluation experience in Solar Panels, Inverter & Batteries.
- Installation of Solar system
- Know How on the customer issues related to Solar System.
- 3rd party certification
- PDI of system
Analytical Skills :
- Failure rate calculations and find out the failure patterns
- PV requirements Vs Load calculations
- All India Field Condition analysis.
Proactive Skills :
- Education to Service Team on Solar system
- System development for solar quality improvement
