AGM - Product Development - Edible Oil

Reports To (Direct) Technical Head & Business Head

Purpose of the Position : ( Major purpose why this role exists in the organization)

This position is responsible for:-

To create next generation edible oils in India.

Detailed Responsibilities (Major responsibilities of this position)

To study the global trends in edible oil research

To develop concepts individually and collectively through the help of consumer insights

To conduct concept testing along with the Marketing team

To understand commercial feasibility of the product and design prototypes

To conduct pilot launch

To support the Marketing team and help them to create a brand story around the product

To support the Packaging team and provide inputs in areas of design, material etc

To support Legal team in claims, declarations and regulatory compliances

To ensure technology transfer from laboratory scale to commercial scale

Educational Qualification Requirements

B.Tech/ M.Tech (Chemical Preferably)

Work Experience Requirements

Min to Max Experience- 8-12 Years

Preferably worked in FMCG Industry

Experience in Food Industry is must
