1) Manage and maintain the central process repository.

2) Work with project teams and trainers to implement new business process.

3) Preparing business process documentation.

4) Maintaining SOP with regular version control.

5) Preparing business process documentation.

6) AS IS and should BE process Map creation

7) Play a key link between different functions and development team.

Critical competencies ( Knowledge/ Skills/ Behaviours):

Process Study:

Requirement study discussion

- AS IS and should be process mapping

- User sign-off on approved process

- Audit point tracking and closure

Change Request Study and URS:

- CR discussion with business users

- Analyzing requirements

- Specifying requirements

- Validating and verifying requirements.

User Discussion and Sign-off:

- Meeting with stakeholders.

- Clarification on any pending points and documenting

- Taking user sign- off before development.

Facilitation of UAT:

- UAT test case validation

- Test case clarifications, if any

- Tracking and closure withing specified time

Production call Tracking and Closure:

- Post productions issues, identification, Tracking and closure.
