AGM - Presales - Real Estate Consulting Firm (5-10 yrs)
Our client is one of its Real Estate consulting firm looking to build a strong dynamic team in the Delhi market.
Role summary :
Accountable for the business revenue generated through direct marketing activities such as ATL / BTL & Digital mediums for a specific product line or category or market
Role description :
- End to End pre-sales lead generation process - Acquisition, nurturing, closure & transition
- Managing contact center operations in an outsourced tele-calling set-up
- Responsible for campaign management - launch, pre-launch & sustenance support at different stages of product lifecycle
- Responsible for maintaining effective relationships with vendor partners, internal stakeholders & team members
- Responsible for CRM systems - implementation, enhancement & governance
- Responsible for customer insights, analytics and predictive buying behavior leading to better prospect segmentation, profile targeting & product positioning
- Responsible for ensuring latest usage of DM tools & technologies for go-to-market
- Timely reporting and MIS generation for business and campaign performance
Preferred profile :
Educational qualifications
1. Post-graduate degree / diploma - Preferably in marketing / systems / operations
2. Good academic profile throughout his/her career
