- Support CEO in strategic initiatives

- Enabling decision making to the Management Board by periodic reports

- Ensure that the agreed strategy is delivered utilizing sound financial, operational and people management principles and practices

- Improve and maintain performance through optimal operating expenses

- Lead the teams to Operational excellence and Compliance

- Organizational development through implementation of policies and procedures.

- Responsible in securing IATA Safety Audit on ground Operations (ISAGO) certification for the Company,

- Identify other certifications required for the Cargo Terminal and complete the certification process.

- Ensure required level of Technical hiring & Technical competency development of the team, provide new opportunities and challenges to increase knowledge and broaden experience

- Support e-learnings/trainings/competency development of people

- Inform, educate, and provide advice for key personnel of the necessary actions to take in order to comply with current operational legislation, best practice guidance, company policy, and work ethic.

- Ensure constant development of the team to meet the requirements of the business

- Ensure optimization of Manpower, staff levels/ shift Patterns

- Work with HR for efficient and effective team building

- Evaluate PDP measures for skill enhancement.

- Enhance team capabilities for special project handling.

- Imbibe best practices across Cargo fraternity both National and Global for showcase competence.

- Team development in skills apart from Operational on people, process and performance evaluation

- Responsible for planning and ensuring smooth Cargo Operations in the terminal.

- Support CEO in strategic initiatives.

- Assist with the preparation of monthly/annual budgets, monitoring related expenses

Location - Hyderabad

Experience Around 12+ years of experience

Out of the above 7-10 years in aviation / airlines / cargo handling large operations team

Education : Post Graduate/ MBA or equivalent

- IATA courses

- Experience in aviation / airlines / cargo (preferred)

CTC- Best in industry
