We are looking for candidates preferred from Real Estate background.  Designation: AGM- Marketing  Reporting to: VP Marketing  Location: Mumbai  Job Role:  1) Designing Marketing Strategies :   - Designing growth-oriented, innovative marketing strategies for the division and the products  - Handling Product Management Team  - Developing competitive strategies & promotional inputs for the launch of the division and various brands in different geographies  - Analyzing sales data/market data periodically and recommend strategies   2) Timely promotional support:   Ensure that the support is available to the sales team.  3) Assessing and finalizing new products/marketing initiatives :   - Ensuring adherence to the promotional budgets to maintain overall profitability of the division  - Identify and creating new products pipeline for the division  - Identify and finalize the sources for the new products  - Regular monitoring of promotional costs and controlling deviations.  Asha Tiwari
