AGM - Marketing - Food & Beverage Services (8-10 yrs)

We are looking for AGM Marketing for one of the leading clients in food and beverage services, their product portfolio encompasses edible oils, pulses, hair oils, and lamp oils. The company's accomplishment is further defined by its growing presence in international markets such as Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Seychelles, Australia, and the USA.

Designation - AGM Marketing (3 positions)

Reporting to - VP Marketing

Team of - Sr. Manager / Manager etc. (as in hierarchy)

Location - Corporate office, Chennai

Responsibilities :

Responsible for the strategic management of the assigned brand in order to achieve the business targets and Brand health parameters and targets that include brand awareness, trials, volumes, spends optimization and effectiveness, market share, Household penetration and Brand equity; across all markets.

Focus Areas :

1. Increase MS for the Brand/Category

2. Drive Consumer Recruitment & Retention

3. Brand P&L Responsibility & Management

4. Brand/Category innovation & NP launches

5. Design & achieve Brand communication Objectives

6. Plan & Achieve Brand Media Objectives

Role & Key Expectations (50% Strategic & 50% Operational) :

1. Continuous Consumer understanding need gap analysis through multiple structured research and insight mining tools. Use Consumer learnings and trends to formulate Marketing and brand plans

2. Brand Strategy and planning, overall STP strategies for the respective brand/s.

3. Translate brand strategies into brand / marketing plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies - both short term and long term.

4. Conceptualize & implement 360-degree(Integrated) marketing and communication programs.

5. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates for new product launches.

6. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, activations, and assess against goals.

7. Monthly & Annual BTL/ ATL input Planning & Monitoring

8. Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.

9. Coordinating with advertisement agencies and media houses for brand collaterals and brand activations.

10. Coordination with agencies to develop and execute the product Campaigns.

11. Conceptualize and deploy the digital and social media campaigns in line with brand plans.

CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION :

1. Women preference for one position out of three

2. MBA Marketing from recognised school

3. Experience - 8 to 10 years

4. Age limit is <35 yrs

5. Local language (Tamil & Fluency in English - mandatory)
