Highlights

- MBA - Marketing (Only from recognized institutes)

- 8 - 10 years of FMCG Marketing experience in top FMCG companies

- Tamil Speakers only and age less than 35 years

- Candidates who are presently designated as Marketing Manager, Senior Manager - Marketing or Category Head only need apply

- Must be managing category of edible oils/brands acting as the brand custodian of the products

- Positions - 2 (Women preferred for 1 position out of the two openings)

Responsibility

- Responsible for the strategic management of the assigned brand in order to achieve the business targets and Brand health parameters and targets that include brand awareness, trials, volumes, spends optimization and effectiveness, market share, Household penetration and Brand equity; across all markets.

Focus Area

- Increase MS for the Brand/Category

- Drive Consumer Recruitment & Retention

- Brand P&L Responsibility & Management

- Brand/Category innovation & NP launches

- Design & achieve Brand communication Objectives

- Plan & Achieve Brand Media Objectives

Role & Key Expectations (50% Strategic & 50% Operational)

- Continuous Consumer understanding need gap analysis through multiple structured research and insight mining tools. Use Consumer learnings and trends to formulate Marketing and brand plans

- Brand Strategy and planning, overall STP strategies for the respective brand/s.

- Translate brand strategies into brand / marketing plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies both short term and long term.

- Conceptualize & implement 360-degree(Integrated) marketing and communication programs.

- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates for new product launches.

- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, activations, and assess against goals.

- Monthly & Annual BTL/ ATL input Planning & Monitoring

- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product line strategy.

- Coordinating with advertisement agencies and media houses for brand collaterals and brand activations.

- Coordination with agencies to develop and execute the product Campaigns.

- Conceptualize and deploy the digital and social media campaigns in line with brand plans.
