AGM Marketing & Communications What we are looking at: - 10+ years of brand marketing experience, mix of FMCG and consumer tech experience preferred - Experience working closely with creative, channel, and product partners to bring brand strategies to life through distinct, impactful campaigns - Expertise in leading brand identity, strategy, management, and marketing - Analytical and data-driven, with a proven ability to synthesize brand and business data to build coherent brand strategies and recommendations - MBA from a Tier-1 business school - Product/service marketing experience is a plus, ability and interest in product and domain understanding - Impactful verbal and written communicator, comfortable digging into the details of brand performance, industry space, audience needs, and product market fit to present action-oriented summaries and recommendations to executive teams - Ability to define key priorities and set a strategic plan that delivers clear business results and track brand performance across regional markets - Experience in people and stakeholder management What will be your responsibility - Own the Brand & Positioning strategy for India (as the lead market) and international markets - Lead brand and product campaign strategy, shape the creative, and oversee the execution of off-platform integrated marketing programs that build brand awareness, relevance and equity - Partner with product teams & category leaders to build compelling product narratives and implement them on all channels - Lead the creation of the overall brand communication plan - Own and plan PR strategy and plans with the agency for India and globally - Create and own the campaign calendar and align stakeholders for execution excellence - Create brand health goals and monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative, identifying opportunities to differentiate our offerings - Manage the agency & creative development network across the region - Build communication strategies that drive top-of funnel & conversions for respective categories - Guide the creative team from a visualization and direction standpoint - Responsible for tracking performance of all communication agencies and course correcting as required - Exhibit thorough understanding of trade and influencer marketing and research methodology and use this to shape communication appropriately - Own the internal communications along with HR and plan the calendar of communication - Grow and develop the communications team
