AGM/Manager - MIS - Real Estate (4-8 yrs)
Position : AGM / Manager MIS
Location : Chennai
Reporting to : Chief Sales & Marketing Officer
Job Description :
- Excellent in tools like Power BI, saaS, Salesforce
- Should have experience of business planning, budgeting, strategy and operations, MIS implementation, cost analysis, working capital control & analytical decision support.
- Variance Analysis, Number crunching, Gap analysis, Cost Analysis & Optimization.
- Formulating Budgets & Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan as per rolling forecast technique, conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective actions.
- Financial modeling including feasibility analysis of new projects. research and analyses of trends, leading indicators and business statistics.
- Assisting in strategic and planning initiatives
Sales Variance Analysis :
- Underlying Sales/Price/Sales Value& GC Value growth
- Preparing a Gap analysis financial model
- Formulating Budgets & Forecasts, Annual Operating Plan as per rolling forecast technique, conducting variance analysis and implementing corrective actions
