The detailed job description is mentioned below for your reference : - Chartered Accountant with min. 10 Years Post Qualification experience - This role should cover Planning and Budgeting, driving business performance through reviews and monitoring, providing decision support system and leading cost management initiatives The incumbent should have : 1. Sound knowledge of Planning and Budgeting process 2. Sound knowledge of Performance Measures (ratios, financial statements etc) 3. Experience in providing decision support system. 4. High degree of analytical skill and should be conversant with major tools used for financial analyses 5. Used costing for pricing, make or buy decisions 6. Drive business performance through proper monitoring and reporting 7. Meet P&amp;B target projected result 8. Performance review presentation 9. Decision support for Performance Improvement and Resource Allocation 10. Capital [Proposals] 11. Budget and Compliance for Company and SBU- s 12. Build Reliable MIS FOR Compliance, Cost and Audit 13. Back office support for Costing and Profitability 14. Integration of Financial Control according to Corporate guidelines 15. Cost management through implementation of proper monitoring measures 16. Training and Development 17. Ratio Analysis Specific Technical Competencies : 1. SAP Knowledge-in-depth 2. Working knowledge of Accounting standards (IND AS) 3. MS office (EXCEL &amp; Power Point) 4.
