- Manage and enhance the Influencer program for niche category of customers
- Must have extensive experience working on a loyalty program for Architects and Interior Designers
- Design, implement and manage all marketing communications with enrolled members via email and website.
- Analyse the ongoing trends on enrolment and member transactions and design specific marketing campaigns around it.
- Upgrade the program offerings and constantly acquire new program benefits through continued efforts of getting additional value for enrolled members.
- Establish and manage relationships with agency to ensure smooth programme operations.
- Run and engage members at program social website through different digital marketing tools and campaigns (SEO, SEM, Affiliate marketing, email, lead generation).
- Manage program call centre placed at agency sites.
Skills Required:
- Loyalty Program's marketing & analytics knowledge - For Architects & Interior designers
- Technical and Managerial experience in developing & growing a loyalty program.
- Solid background in customer loyalty programs, an understanding of loyalty principles and an ability to drive enhanced customer loyalty.
- Hands-on Digital Marketing and its respective tools.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
