AGM : Legal/Secretarial
Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships and all issues relating to the Board of Directors and Shareholders, including convening Board, Committee and General Meetings;
- Ensure compliance by the Bank with best Corporate Governance Practices including risk identification and mitigation;
- Handling of Statutory Matters
- Provide efficient, effective legal support services
- Manage the litigation
- Should have good knowledge of Trade Mark, Contract Law, Intellectual Property, Securities Law, Insolvency & Bankruptcy law & also having litigation experience.
- Candidate should be from Manufacturing and listed company
- The candidate should be having experience of LLB and Company Secretariat but most of the years of work experience should be in LLB
Qualification and experience required:
- LLB/CS Degree
- A Masters degree/professional qualifications will be an added advantage;
- Strong knowledge of Legal services and Risk Management;
- Policy Development, Regulatory Compliance, Contract Negotiations Skills;
- Good Drafting Skills; and
- Good Communication Skills, Leadership and Management Skills
